Gay Marriage, although a hot button issue for some Christians, is nothing more and nothing less than equal rights for gays and lesbians.
"A guarantee of equality that is subject to exceptions made by a majority is no guarantee at all."- Therese Stewart, San Francisco City attorney, representing plaintiffs, California State Supreme Court, March 5, 2009
Gays and lesbians study the Bible, go to church, work hard to raise their children in a moral and stable home and seek to be good citizens.
To deny some Americans the rights guaranteed them in the Constitution, such as equal rights under the law is to make gays and lesbians second class citizens. We seek legal help and consult attorneys not because we are litigious but because the Constitution applies to us too.
